I support the development of the Redington Wind Farm as it will provide a sustainable, competitively priced, clean
energy source in the State of Maine. Wind power is a viable sustainable alternative to fossil fuel generation and
signifies a major step forward in reducing air pollution and global warming. The Redington Wind Farm will prevent
more than 630,000 pounds of air pollution each day compared to fossil fuel-produced electricity in New England. It
will also generate competitively priced energy and generate taxes, jobs and create an ecotourism attraction for the
Carrabassett Valley region.

As a supporter of Endless Energy's Redington wind farm project, we need your help.
The Maine Land Use Regulation Commission has received our application and are in the process of reviewing the project
that will produce the equivalent electrical energy to power 44,000 Maine homes - with no pollution or greenhouse gases. The
project will greatly increase Maine's use of renewable energy sources and take a major step toward greater energy independence.
With oil and gas prices skyrocketing, we all know that something needs to be done to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.
Nevertheless, the Redington Wind Farm has its opponents.
That's why we need your help.
Please take a moment to write a short e-mail (or mail/fax a short note) to Maine's Land Use Regulation Commission telling
them you support the Redington Wind Farm. Tell them in your own words why you believe moving our state toward an energy policy
that is based on clean, renewable forms of energy is critical to the future of this state and this nation. Tell them that the
environmental harm caused by our current use of fossil fuels far outweighs the impacts of building this important project.
Send your e-mail to Marcia Spencer-Famous at Marcia.Spencer-Famous@maine.gov.
